MOT and Online MOT Bookings

When you make a booking through Three Arch Garage Ltd website for an MOT and you pay in advance, Three Arch Garage Ltd will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of you booking, this e-mail will be your “Order Confirmation”. Upon receipt of payment, Three Arch Garage Ltd will provide you (the customer) with a forty five minutes time slot in which we will conduct a MOT Test.

Three Arch Garage Ltd reserve the right to refuse to accept your booking solely at our discretion, if we are concerned that you are attempting to place an order dishonestly, fraudulently, by impersonating someone else or are attempting to use payment details which have been stolen we will make additional checks and if appropriate involve external authorities.

Please make sure you arrive approx. 5 minutes prior for you appointment and the vehicle is in a fit state to be tested, we endeavour to run our appointments on time and reserve the right to change your slot if you arrive late.

If for any reason Three Arch Garage Ltd appointments are running late or cancelled (i.e. equipment failure or sickness of staff) we will do our best to re-book your slot at a mutual convenience.

All pricing on our website is in pounds sterling. Our pricing where appropriate is inclusive of Value Added Tax (MOT Tests are exclusive of VAT). Offers are for retail customers only.

Appointments can be rescheduled to an alternative date (subject to availability of such alternative date) provided one clear working day is allowed between rescheduling and the original appointment (e.g. appointments for Thursday can be rescheduled up to 6pm on Tuesday).

You have the right to cancel your online booking and be refunded with the booking fee  by giving written notice of such cancellation to Three Arch Garage Ltd, seven working days prior to the appointment (being all days other than Saturday, Sunday or public holidays).

Any additional work that is carried out at the customer’s request must be paid in full before collection of vehicle (please note we do not accept cheques).

General Servicing and Repair Work

When leaving your vehicle for servicing or repair work you will be asked to complete a customer consent form.  

At customers request Three Arch Garage Ltd will provide an estimate of the cost of each service and the work required before the work is done.

If the vehicle service or repair cannot be done within 1 day due to circumstances beyond Three Arch Garage ltd control, an advisor will contact the customer and inform them accordingly – this may be due to parts not being delivered or the work required may take longer to complete.  

Three Arch Garage Ltd reserve the right to charge for storage of vehicles if they are not collected in a reasonable timeframe.

All work that is carried out must be paid in full before removal of the vehicle.

All work is subject to VAT as required by law.
